Your data

Delete your data.

You can permanently delete your Echo account and everything in it from inside the app, in under a minute. If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, we will do it for you.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This runs the same deletion we would run for you, immediately, with no waiting on a reply.

    Open the Account tabIt is the rightmost tab, behind the person icon.

    Find Account actionsScroll to the card near the bottom of the screen.

    Tap Delete accountThe destructive row, under Sign out.

    Type DELETE and confirmThe confirm button stays disabled until the word matches exactly. There is no undo after this.
No app access

Ask us to delete it

Email us from the address on your account so we can verify it is yours. We action requests within 30 days, and usually within two business days.

What gets deleted

All of it, in one transaction. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed by us or by you.

  • Every conversationAll chats and messages, and any photos or documents you attached to them — including the copies held by the model provider that processed them.
  • Everything you madeGenerated images and sticker packs, deleted from the database and from file storage.
  • Shared linksAny public share link you created stops resolving. The page is gone, not hidden.
  • Your profile and settingsPreferences, onboarding answers, and the sign-in identity itself — Apple, Google, or email.
  • Support historyFeedback and support messages you sent from inside the app.
  • Subscription recordsThe entitlement records that told Echo you had access. See the note on billing below.

Invisible Chat is never written to your history in the first place, so there is nothing there to delete.

Two things deletion does not do

It does not cancel your subscription

Echo subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so we cannot cancel one on your behalf. Cancel it in your App Store subscription settings before you delete your account, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.

It does not reach into backups instantly

Your data is removed from the live systems immediately. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 days, so a copy can survive there until the rotation overwrites it. Those backups are not used to serve the app and are never restored to bring an account back.
